Shiitake Mushrooms

We grow these mushrooms in a modern mushroom farm using our own mushroom substrate made exclusively from natural raw materials. In our farms, we care for the environment and do not use genetically modified cultures, pesticides, or other chemical additives.

Carefully selected and hand-cut, these mushrooms reach stores after being handled only once — when they are placed into the crate after harvesting, the same crate from which you will choose them in the store.
