White button mushrooms can vary in color from creamy white to pure white. Small white button mushrooms have closed caps that are tightly attached to the stem and a delicate flavor, making them an excellent choice for eating raw, for example in salads. Mature white button mushrooms, with opened caps and darker gills, develop a richer, deeper flavor that becomes even more intense when fried or cooked.
We grow these mushrooms in a modern mushroom farm using our own mushroom substrate made exclusively from natural raw materials. In our cultivation process, we care for the environment and do not use genetically modified cultures, pesticides, or other chemical additives.
