Brown Button Mushrooms

Brown button mushrooms are similar in appearance to white button mushrooms and can be used as a substitute for them in any recipe. However, they have a more distinctive aroma, a deeper and more intense flavour, and a firmer texture.

The colour of brown button mushrooms can range from light tan to rich brown. They are excellent when stuffed, ideal for grilling, stewing, sauces, and soups.

We have grown these mushrooms on a modern mushroom farm, using our own mushroom substrate made exclusively from natural raw materials. On our farms, we respect nature and do not use genetically modified crops, pesticides, or other chemical additives.
